1, This car tire recycling production line is specially designed and manufactured by our company for processing waste car tires. Daily capacity: 10–20 tons.
2, The tire processing starts with the tire shredder. Waste tires are shredded into rubber blocks under 50 mm. The shredder runs stably. Its blades are wear-resistant.It is equipped with a Siemens PLC automatic control system.
3, The rubber blocks are then fed into the steel wire separator.
They are processed into 10–15 mm rubber granules. With the specially designed cutting system, over 99% of the steel wire can be separated.
4, the rubber granule crusher further processes the rubber granules.The output is rubber granules and rubber powder under 5 mm. With the screening system,different particle sizes can be separated according to customer requirements.
Considering the high fiber content in passenger car tires,the entire line is equipped with multiple fiber removal processes,including vibrating screen, air separator,and dual fiber separation systems.The fiber separation rate reaches over 98%.
5, Final products include recycled steel wire,separated fibers,rubber granules,and rubber powder.
